1. Who can use dare.diy

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use dare.diy. If you're under 18, you confirm that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

You're responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity that happens under your account.
• Giving us accurate information when you sign up.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@dare.diy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. What dare.diy is — and isn't

dare.diy curates scholarships, discounts, AI tools, gigs, and other money-related opportunities. We do our best to keep listings accurate and current, but:

• We don't guarantee that any opportunity will be available, valid, or paid out.
• Eligibility, deadlines, and amounts are set by third parties — always verify on the source.
• We aren't responsible for the actions, products, or services of third parties we link to.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Some links on dare.diy are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up or purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This helps keep the Service free. We only recommend things we'd genuinely use ourselves.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use dare.diy to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish our content without permission.
• Misrepresent who you are or impersonate someone else.
• Disrupt, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service for anything illegal or harmful.

6. Content & intellectual property

The Service, including its design, copy, and curated listings, belongs to dare.diy. You can use it for personal, non-commercial use. Everything else requires our written permission.
