No Refund Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

Broker subscriptions on dare.diy are billed monthly through Stripe. This page explains our no-refund policy so you know what to expect before you subscribe.

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid Broker subscriptions on dare.diy — currently USD $11 per month, billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. Free accounts, newsletter sign-ups, and use of the public vault are not covered here.

2. All sales are final

Broker subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds, partial credits, or chargebacks for unused time within a billing period once payment has been processed.

Common situations where refunds are not issued include:

  • You forgot to cancel before your renewal date.
  • You used Broker features for part of the month and then stopped.
  • You changed your mind after subscribing.
  • You expected a specific opportunity, payout, or earnings result from using Broker tools.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel your Broker subscription at any time from the Broker dashboard billing portal (powered by Stripe). Cancellation stops future charges; you keep Broker access until the end of your current paid period.

Canceling does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period.

4. Billing errors & unauthorized charges

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you successfully canceled — email hello@dare.diy within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the charge date. We will review legitimate billing mistakes and work with you to resolve them.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

5. Service interruptions

We work to keep dare.diy available, but brief outages, maintenance, or third-party provider issues (hosting, payment, email) do not qualify for refunds. Extended outages that materially prevent Broker access for multiple consecutive days may be handled case-by-case at our discretion.

6. Changes to pricing

If we change the Broker price, we'll give reasonable notice. Price changes apply to future billing cycles after notice — not retroactively to periods already paid.
